At Coco Rio Restautant is located in the centre of Southampton in Bedford place. Offering a unique experience combining a tropical atmosphere, comfortable and first class catering.
Whether you are holding a conference or seminar, having a Naming Ceremony, Wedding Reception or planing a Celebration party, you will find we are the perfect hosts!
Corporate and private functions
Whether you are hosting a Corporate function, conference, seminar, training session or simply a meeting you'll find Coco Rio is the perfect place for your delegates. Our ground floor is a self-sufficient function venue, with natural daylight, a stage area, P.A. system and a projection screen area, seating your guests in a relaxed environment, with a licensed bar available and plenty of parking.
We can seat up to 55 people on the ground floor in a style to suit your event.
Our Gallery suite is also available for smaller meetings or as a break-out suite for 20 to 45 people.

Now - Special Saturdays
If you would like to host your event on a Saturday afternoon (12noon - 4pm) you can have the whole restaurant to yourselves! There is no hire charge for catered parties of 30 guests or more, making this a very attractive option. These book up fast, so please get in touch as soon as possible.
